A 120 hour maceration fermentation session later and this Custatleco variety coffee from the El Roble Farm in Morazán is ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum. 
Fresh off roast, the ground coffee smells like hazelnut cookies, the brew has beautiful florals and the right fermented fruit vibe.
